Our services must be in tune with the people we deal with – because:
1.People value different things because they think in different ways. Their mental models (psychological maps of the company, job, environment) are different in terms of their identity, beliefs and values, their capabilities and skills, and the way they behave and act at work.
2.Organisations also have different psychological maps in terms of their vision, mission, policy / strategies, skill requirements, and the way they go about their business in the system in which they operate.

4.True leadership understands the value systems of the employees and can therefore inspire them. The style of leadership will vary with respect to different people.
