These services are unique in that they all focus on the values and culture of organisations and their people. In particular, it is the values of leaders that drive an organisation.
The content of these services are very much interrelated — each is delivered in the form of facilitation, training and / or coaching to meet the objectives pursued by each client.
•Leadership, communication and relational skills: To enable leaders, managers, professionals to obtain a meaningful response to their everyday communication, handling meetings or delivering presentations to larger audiences — to make effective use of the feedback received.
•Human aspects of quality management: To enable leaders and managers to adopt the Systemic Alignment Model (SAM) and Corporate Social Responsibility within the framework of the European Excellence model (EFQM). The focus is on enabling organisations to bring out the best in employees and on meeting the values and aspirations of the societies in which they operate.
•Quality management system: To enable people and organisations to adopt continuous improvement and self-assessment approaches to excellence on the basis of the European Excellence model (EFQM); to establish the corresponding procedures and responsibilities.
•Team-building and teamwork: How to compose the best teams; to improve attitude, behaviour and responsibility in teams; to provide tools clarifying roles, assignments and decision-making.
•Conflict management and mediation: To enable people to apply a range of techniques and skills to prevent or to find the optimal solution to potential conflicts in the workplace; to set up the necessary system, responsibilities and procedures.
•People / cultural diversity: How to manage diversity in the workplace - each person is unique and has his / her own thinking and learning style, motivation and working traits - all of which are to a large extent influenced by social and corporate cultures. These services build on diversity to enhance innovation and creativity.
•Stress management without stress: To enable managers to minimise external stressors and all staff to manage stress at work successfully.
•Training of trainers and facilitators: To enable participants to acquire the general principles and conditions for learning; a set of operational models encouraging awareness and flexibility in the management of various learning tasks, styles and contexts.
