1. •    Assessment of the quality of programme / project proposals in terms of their relevance to the objectives and goals pursued, their effectiveness, and the potential sustainability and impact of the planned results on the target beneficiaries.
   

1. •    Programme / project monitoring and evaluation with emphasis on monitoring and the use made from feedback received — to ensure the continuous improvement of results for the beneficiaries.
   

1. •    Training in programme / project cycle management (PCM) and the Logical Framework Approach (LFA). Training programmes are structured over 3 levels of specialisation; certification is provided.
