Services -

     development co-operation

We pay full attention to the values and culture of organisations and their people — they determine to a large extent the quality of implementation and the impact and sustainability of a development programme’s results.

Our services cover:

  1.   Programme / project identification and formulation through PCM participatory approaches to ensure ownership by the beneficiaries, the sustainability of results and their enhanced impact.

  1.     Assessment of the quality of programme / project proposals in terms of their relevance to the objectives and goals pursued, their effectiveness, and the potential sustainability and impact of the planned results on the target beneficiaries.

  1.     Programme / project monitoring and evaluation with emphasis on monitoring and the use made from feedback received — to ensure the continuous improvement of results for the beneficiaries.

  1.     Training in programme / project cycle management (PCM) and the Logical Framework Approach (LFA). Training programmes are structured over 3 levels of specialisation; certification is provided.

(see programme outlines)

  1.     Institutional capacity-building - assessment of how an institution works and what it achieves; identification of its strengths and areas for improvement; planning performance improvement projects; monitoring their implementation.
