Action-research - 2011
The Application of Integral Theory to International Development
Our vision is to create a holding space in which the social (society’s) centre of gravity enables individuals to:
-
•move and access their creative potential,
-
•align their vision and concerns with their highest future possibilities, and
-
•implement holistic prototypes that are aligned with the process of the evolution of human consciousness in the world.
Action Research:
-
We propose to bridge the gap between traditional approaches to development co-operation (based on LFA / PCM methods) and those afforded by Spiral Dynamics Integral theory– that is to develop an approach and methodology that will allow for genuinely sustainable development.
The following are the overarching components of an action research project: -
Our goal: To contribute to a world of genuinely sustainable human development.
-
-
Our purpose: To enable the application of an integral approach to the management of development and of development co-operation programmes.
Results achieved 2010-2011:
A social integration project concerning a Roma community in a small town in Romania - using Spiral Dynamics Integral to carry out a “stakeholder analysis”, a “Meshworkshop” and to assess the impact of a Roma school on the development of the surrounding Roma community since 2000.
